Director of Portfolio Operations

Daniel joined Driehaus Private Equity in 2016 as the Director of Portfolio Operations. He is responsible for delivering resources beyond capital to portfolio investments in an effort to assist them in executing their value creation roadmap (VCR). He plays an active role in supporting portfolio investments adopt Driehaus’ Value Generation Cycle and the Driehaus Way, a collection of best practices Driehaus Private Equity has synthesized for adoption by micro-cap growth companies. He is a senior operations executive with a history of identifying business improvements and achieving target state solutions for driving efficiency and maximizing profitable growth.

Prior to working with Driehaus, he was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase with experience in large-scale program management, process re-engineering, emerging technology implementation and new product innovation. His previous management consultant work was at both A.T. Kearney and Arthur Andersen.

Daniel attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with High Honor from Michigan State University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
